Perform Multiskilled activities for the mill

Job Specific Experience

• At least Min 2 to 3 years exposure/experience in a stores environment
• Forklift, Turret, Reach and Side loader truck licences
• Recognition for prior learning will be considered/given

Qualifications & Expertise

• Matric with Maths & Science or equivalent/ Mondi RPE guidelines
• The following will be advantageous
• Technical / Inventory / Logistics tertiary education
• Forklift and/or specialised warehouse vehicle training
• User of SAP

Competencies

• Excellent technical problem solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills within a team environment
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• SAP & WHM competent
• Computer literate (emails, excel) is essential

Functional Outputs

• Goods receipt and goods issuing on SAP and Warehouse Management
• Binning of stock items
• Filing of stores documents
• Off loading of goods from truck
• Stock counts & stock control checks
• Taking of photos and linking onto sap
• Ensures receipt of stock and non stock items are done immediately
• Daily compliance with SHE aspects of the Stores environment
• Customer focus approach in service delivery
• Assists with the issue counter activities to ensure good customer service
• Ensuring stock control checks on items picked
• Eliminate poor storage and issuing standards
• Scope of work within Main & Sub stores
• Performs relevant administrative duties
• Accurate reporting

General

• Computer Literacy (SAP)
• Microsoft Office
• SAP and Warehouse Management
• Good understanding of integrated systems, Procurement=> Stores=>Engineering
• Valid drivers and Forklift licenses essential
• Will be needed to be available at all times at least via cell phone
