หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Provide customer service support, provide sales team support, and coordinate with foreign supplier for the assigned products.
Manage routine service job in workshop and on-site job, on-site installation, repair, maintenance and equipment test run tasks.- Manage man-power, arranging sub-contractors, vehicles, tools and other inspection for S/D and T/A job.
- Field investigates, diagnose errors or technical problems to determine proper solutions and to make report to customer based on reliability.
- Attend the meeting with the customers on technicals issues together with foreign supplier depend on assigned service job.
- Knowledge on repair and servicing Canned Pump, Metering Pump, Sundyne pump is preferred.
- Knowledge on Mechanical drawing reading and writing , Mechanical Precision measuring tools.
- Able to work in a team of flexible, Multi-skilled people and cooperate with other Department for the good result.
- Good on document processing and computer skills, preparing reports in English.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
คุณสมบัติ
- Male with Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
- 1-5 years experience in industrial pump (Canned pump Metering Pump, Sundyne pump is preferable) in oil & gas / refinery/ petrochemical / power plant will be an advantage
- Able to communicate in English, Writing and Reading.
- Computer literate and Proficient in MS-Office (MS-word, excel, power point, SolidWorks, AutoCad)
- Good Cooperation skills and strategic planning skills.
- Own transportation, driving license, mobile phone and able to travel up-country.
