Mechanical Design Engineer [China]

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Production know how

Follow up with daily production and solve the technical problems with professional Mold & Mandrels design / Tooling design / structure design skills;

2.Techical support

Liaise with the overseas colleagues / Engineers team from sales team / Technical / Quality and other teams to get the new developed products been produced as the market needs. Providing the technical specification & support with Raw material / Molds & Tooling design / Independent problem solving / Technical transfer project;

3. Continuous improvement

Continuous raise the bar and get the ideas to Improve with Quality / Efficiency / Capacity ramping up / Cost down from the mechanical side;

4. Others

Coordinate with the Process engineer to hit the target above, participate or leading the project under the strategy of company development;

Education and Experience:

1. Five years or more experience with good background in Mechanical Engineering related to Rubber industrial manufacturing;

2. Bachelor's degree at least in major of Mechanical engineering;

3. Good communication both in English and Chinese;

2. Multi-tasking skills / Ability to learn fast
